Since their inception in 2002, Fountainhead has been actively developing residential, retail, commercial warehouse, restaurant, office, studio, and healthcare spaces in Richmond, Petersburg, and Charlottesville, Virginia. Their focus remains on adaptive reuse of historic buildings and quality new construction for multi-family housing. Fountainhead currently has over 5 million square feet of real estate in the acquisition, development, construction, or leasing stages.
Founded in 1993, WPA Studios, formerly Walter Parks Architects as of 2025, has evolved into a nearly 18-person design studio. With a focus on enriching the Richmond market and surrounding areas, WPA Studios specializes in Architecture and Interior Design. Their expertise encompasses a wide range of projects, including Historic Renovation, Adaptive Reuse, New Construction, and Interior Design. While renowned for multi-family projects, their portfolio also includes commercial spaces, high-end residences, and restaurants. Many of their projects have garnered numerous awards and nominations.
